How Affiliate Rewards Work​

The core idea is simple: the more buy volume you refer, the bigger your piece of the reward pie!

  • Owner Sets the Reward: The project owner decides the total reward percentage (up to a maximum of 5% of the hard cap). This percentage is applied to the total amount raised in the presale.
  • Calculating the Reward Pool: Affiliate Reward Pool = Total Presale Raised * Reward Percentage (%)
  • Sharing the Pool: This total reward pool is then distributed among all successful referrers. Your share depends on how much of the total referred buy volume came through your link.
  • Claiming: Referrers can claim their earned rewards after the presale has successfully finished (finalized).

Example:

Let's say:

  • Owner sets the reward at 5%. (Using the original example percentage)
  • The presale successfully raises 1000 BNB.
  • The Affiliate Reward Pool = 1000 BNB * 5% = 50 BNB.

Now, imagine three referrers (A, B, C) brought in buyers:

  • Referrer A brought 100 BNB in buys.
  • Referrer B brought 60 BNB in buys.
  • Referrer C brought 40 BNB in buys.

The total referred volume is 100 + 60 + 40 = 200 BNB.

Here's how the 50 BNB reward pool is split:

  • Referrer A's Share: (100 BNB / 200 BNB) = 50% --> Gets 50% of 50 BNB = 25 BNB
  • Referrer B's Share: (60 BNB / 200 BNB) = 30% --> Gets 30% of 50 BNB = 15 BNB

For Project Owners: Enabling the Affiliate Program​

You can turn on the affiliate program for your project either when you first create the presale pool or later via the Owner Zone.

  • Important: Once you enable the affiliate program, you cannot disable it for that presale pool.
  • Setting Rewards: Only the project owner can set the reward percentage (max 5% of the hard cap).

How to Enable:

  • During Pool Creation: Look for the option to enable the affiliate program in the creation form.

  • Via Owner Zone: Access the owner settings for your existing presale pool.

Once the presale you referred buyers to has successfully finalized, you can claim your rewards:

  • Option 1: Go back to the "Affiliate Program" section on the specific presale pool page where you earned the rewards. Look for a "Claim" button.

  • Option 2: Visit your main PinkSale profile page at: https://www.pinksale.finance/me. Your available affiliate rewards should be listed there for claiming.

  • Q1: Can anyone participate as an affiliate or referrer?
  • A: Yes, any user with a connected wallet (like MetaMask) can generate an affiliate link for a presale pool that has the program enabled.
  • Q2: Who sets the reward percentage?
  • A: Only the project owner can set the affiliate reward percentage, up to a maximum of 5% of the hard cap.
  • Q3: Can the owner change the reward percentage after the presale starts?
  • A: Yes, the owner can change the percentage, but the new percentage must be higher than the previously set percentage. It cannot be decreased.

  • Q: The presale finished, but I can't claim my rewards.
  • A: Ensure the presale was successfully finalized. If the presale failed (didn't meet its soft cap), the reward pool might not be generated or distributed. Also, allow some time after finalization for the claim function to become active. Check both the pool page and your profile page (https://www.pinksale.finance/me).
  • Q: I referred someone, but I don't think I got credit.
  • A: The buyer must use your specific affiliate link before they make their purchase for the system to track the referral correctly. If they visited the site directly or used a different link later, your referral might not register. Tracking is usually based on the link used for the session leading to the purchase.
  • Q: As a project owner, I enabled the affiliate program by mistake. Can I turn it off?
