What is Emergency Withdraw?​

Sometimes, after contributing to a presale, an investor might change their mind or need their funds back before the sale concludes. The "Emergency Withdraw" button provides a mechanism to do this.

However, using this feature incurs a penalty fee of 10% of your contributed amount. This means you will receive back 90% of the funds you initially put in.

Steps to Use Emergency Withdraw​

If you decide to withdraw your contribution early and accept the penalty:

  1. Navigate & Connect: Go to the specific Presale, Fairlaunch, or Subscription page where you contributed. Connect the same wallet you used to contribute.

  2. Find Button: Locate the "Emergency Withdraw" button on the pool page.

  4. Confirm Warning: A confirmation pop-up will likely appear, warning you about the 10% penalty. Click "Confirm" to proceed.

  5. Confirm Transaction in Wallet: After clicking “OK”, your connected wallet (e.g., MetaMask) will ask you to confirm the transaction. It will show the network gas fee required. Review the details and click “Confirm”.

Important Notes on Timing​

  • Availability: You can use the "Emergency Withdraw" button anytime during the presale until the last 15 minutes before the presale timer runs out. The button becomes unavailable in the final 15 minutes.
  • Hard Cap Reached Early: If the presale reaches its hard cap before the scheduled end time, you can still use the "Emergency Withdraw" button until the original timer would have naturally expired (minus the last 15 minutes).
