Whitelist Tiers

The owner can enable a whitelist when creating or after creating a presale. In the Whitelist type, they can choose "Whitelist with Tier."

• Additional tiers can be added by clicking on the "Add a Tier" button.

• For each tier, the owner needs to set up Tier 1 and its end time. During this period, only Tier 1 wallet addresses can contribute, similar to other tiers that have been added.
