Service Fees

Overview

Hello and welcome to PinkSale! We're excited to help you launch your crypto project successfully. To ensure our platform remains innovative, secure, feature-rich, and operates smoothly across multiple blockchains, we have certain service fees. This comprehensive guide provides a transparent breakdown of all PinkSale fees. We'll cover costs associated with token minting, various sale types (like presales, fair launches, private sales), and additional tools such as Pink Anti-Bot or Pink Airdrop, specific to each supported blockchain. Our goal is to explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand language.

Q&A

Q1: Why does PinkSale have fees? A: Fees help us run and improve PinkSale. They pay for things like building new features, keeping the site secure and fast, advertising (which helps projects get seen), and supporting our team.

Q2: What does the fee "X amount + Y% Crypto Sold" for sales mean? A: It's a two-part fee:

  1. Upfront Fee: A fixed amount (like 1 BNB or 0.2 ETH) you pay when setting up the sale.
  2. Percentage Fee: A small percentage (usually 5%, or 3% for Private Sales) of the total crypto raised. This is taken automatically after the sale successfully finishes.

Q3: How do I pay these fees? A:

  • Upfront Fees: You pay these fixed fees directly from your wallet when you create a token, start setting up a sale, or choose a tool like Anti-Bot.* Percentage Fees: You don't need to do anything! The platform automatically takes this percentage from the raised funds (for sales) or the tokens being sent (for airdrops) when the event finishes.

Q4: Are fees the same on all blockchains (like BSC, Ethereum, Solana)? A: No. The upfront fees for creating sales or using tools can be very different depending on the blockchain. Always check the fee list for the specific chain you're using.

Q5: Do I have to use services like Token Minting, Anti-Bot, KYC, or Audits? A: No, most extra services are optional. You only pay for what you choose to use. Token Minting is only needed if you want PinkSale to make your token. Tools like Anti-Bot and Airdrop are extras. KYC and Audits are also optional services (highly recommended for trust!) offered through partners, with their own costs shown if you select them.

Q6: What if my sale fails (doesn't reach the minimum goal)? Do I still pay fees? A:

  • The Percentage Fee based on raised funds usually isn't charged if the sale fails.* However, any Upfront Fees you already paid (like the fee to create the sale pool or for services like an Audit) are generally not refunded, as the work was already done or started.

Q7: Can I see the exact fee before I pay? A: Yes. When you're about to create something or buy a service on PinkSale, the platform will show you a summary of the fees before you confirm and pay. Always check this summary.

Troubleshooting

Q: Help! I got less crypto than I expected after my sale finished. A: This is usually because the automatic percentage fee (like 5% or 3%) was taken out from the total raised amount before the rest was sent to you. Remember to factor this fee into your calculations. You can double-check the transaction details on a block explorer (like BscScan, Etherscan, etc.).

Q: Why can't I create my sale pool? It says "insufficient funds." A: You probably need more of the main crypto for that blockchain (like BNB on BSC, ETH on Ethereum) in your wallet. You need enough to cover the upfront creation fee listed for that chain, PLUS a little extra for the network transaction cost (gas fee). Add more funds to your wallet and try again.

Q: The Pink Airdrop tool fees are confusing. What am I paying? A: The Airdrop tool usually has two costs: 1) an upfront fee in crypto (like 0.5 BNB) paid when setting it up, AND 2) a small percentage (usually 1%) taken directly from the tokens you're airdropping. Make sure you have enough crypto for the upfront fee and enough tokens to cover the percentage fee.

Q: I was charged more than I thought for minting a token. Why? A: Each type of token (Standard, Baby, etc.) might have its own minting fee. Make sure you only selected the exact type you needed. Some special types might cost more (check the fee list). Always review the fee shown on screen before you confirm the minting.

Q: I was charged for PinkLock on Solana. Isn't it free? A: PinkLock is free on most chains, but on Solana, there is a specific fee (1 SOL) to use it. Fees for tools can sometimes differ between blockchains, so always check the details for the specific chain you're on.
